Breast, face and body.

A working list of what our surgeons do. Descriptions here are general. What is right for you gets decided in person, with a surgeon, looking at your case.

Breast

Breast augmentation

Implants or fat transfer to change the size, shape and balance of the breasts.

Breast lift

Repositioning breast tissue and the nipple to restore shape without adding volume.

Breast reduction

Removing excess breast tissue to relieve neck, back and shoulder strain.

Breast lift with implants
A lift combined with implants when both shape and volume have changed.
Breast implant revision
Exchanging, repositioning or removing implants placed previously.

Face

Facelift

Tightening the deeper layers of the face and neck rather than the skin alone.

Rhinoplasty

Reshaping the nose for appearance, for breathing, or for both together.

Eyelid surgery
Removing excess upper or lower lid skin that softens or hoods the eye.
Brow lift
Raising a heavy brow line that pulls the upper lids down with it.
Neck lift
Addressing banding and laxity below the jaw.
Laser skin resurfacing
Resurfacing to treat sun damage, texture and fine lines.
Migraine treatment
Surgical release of nerve trigger points for selected migraine patients.

Body

Tummy tuck

Removing loose abdominal skin and repairing separated muscle after pregnancy or weight loss.

Liposuction

Contouring localized fat that has not responded to diet or training.

Mommy makeover

Breast and abdominal procedures combined into a single operation and recovery.

Arm lift
Removing loose upper-arm skin, usually after significant weight loss.
Thigh lift
Tightening the inner or outer thigh where skin has lost its elasticity.
Gynecomastia surgery
Reducing excess male breast tissue.

Not everything needs surgery.

Our medical spa handles the non-surgical side: injectables, skin treatments and medical-grade skin care, delivered under the same roof and the same oversight as the surgical practice.

It is also a reasonable place to start if you are early in thinking about a procedure and want to see what a lighter approach does first.
